- All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. As each flower is handmade, processing times may vary slightly depending on the complexity and quantity of the order.
- If you need an order rushed or have a specific deadline, please feel free to contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate special requests.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- We offer standard shipping via Canada Post or UPS to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
- Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (within Canada): 5-7 business days
- International: 10-21 business days (depending on your location)
Shipping Costs
- Domestic Orders: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. We offer free shipping for orders over $100.
- International Orders: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties that may apply.
Packaging
- We take great care in packaging our crochet flowers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each flower is carefully wrapped to protect it during transit.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey to you. If you don't receive a tracking number within the estimated processing time, please let us know, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Lost or Damaged Items
- While we strive to ensure every order is securely packaged, we are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the carrier. However, if your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can work with you to resolve the issue.
- For lost or undelivered packages, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If you need assistance, feel free to reach out to us.
Returns & Exchanges
- Since each item is handmade and customized to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.
- If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item so we can address the issue promptly.
Custom Orders
- We are happy to accept custom orders! Please reach out to us with your specific requests, and we will work with you to create the perfect handmade crochet flowers for your needs.
- Custom orders may require additional processing time, depending on the complexity.
